The Scholastic Book Fair at NECCS was a huge success! From February 24-28, our scholars, families, and staff came together to celebrate the joy of reading. With books for all ages, exciting new releases, and timeless classics, the fair was filled with enthusiasm and literary discovery.
A Fantastic Turnout!
Throughout the week, scholars eagerly browsed the selection, created wish lists, and found books that sparked their imaginations. Families joined in on the fun during the Parent Shopping Event, making it a true community celebration of literacy.
A Book for Every Student
Our mission was clear: to ensure every scholar had access to books that would inspire and encourage a lifelong love for reading. Thanks to the incredible support of parents, teachers, and generous donors, many students were able to take home books they had been excited about all week!
Leading into Read Across America Week!
The excitement doesn’t stop here! As we wrap up the Book Fair, we’re heading straight into Read Across America Week, where we’ll continue celebrating literacy with themed activities, special read-alouds, and even more opportunities for scholars to dive into the magic of books.
